At Zahra, we work hard to deliver your fragrances quickly, safely, and reliably.


📦 Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (United States)
• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Free on all orders over $50.
• Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.
• We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.


🌍 International Shipping
• We currently ship to selected countries worldwide.
• International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
• Please note: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.


🕒 Delivery Estimates
• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days (U.S.)
• Expedited delivery: 1–2 business days (U.S.)
• International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.


⚠️ Shipping Restrictions
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by law.
• Certain fragrance products containing alcohol may be subject to air transport regulations, which can affect delivery times.


📬 Order Tracking
• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
• You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.


❌ Lost or Stolen Packages
• Zahra is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
• If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’ll gladly assist with information if needed.
